We work with many insurance companies providing IME's, Second Opinions and in some cases Paper Reviews.  We have no affiliation with any other chiropractic group.  We are now pleased to be offering a new service to the State of Louisiana.  We are providing Early Assessments.

• IME's:  Independent medical examinations are scheduled in advance in order to obtain the necessary written materials to conduct the examinations.  Further, our examination is comprehensive and we will provide a written report to you within 10 days of the examination being performed.

• SECOND OPINIONS, PAPER REVIEWS:  These are performed by our office at your request in unusual cases or those that do not warrant an IME.

• EARLY ASSESSMENTS:  Another important concept in the total understanding of the nature of injury, the treatment of choice and treatment parameters is the utilization of EARLY ASSESSMENTS.  Essentially, the EARLY ASSESSMENT is an IME that is requested and performed early on in the treatment of the patient.  Generally, sometime within the first month of a recommended treatment regimen.  Ideally, an assessment in the third week of care will allow you to understand multi-facets of the case.  A second and even third assessment may be necessary to judge the efficacy of treatment, and to roughly understand the many factors relevant to personal injury cases.  It is very helpful in deciding if requested high technology diagnostics are indicated.  Elimination of any medically unnecessary procedure is a cost containment measure that cannot be overlooked.  The EARLY ASSESSMENT is economical and carries with it the potential to save thousands of dollars for the potential payer of incurred fees for service.  An EARLY ASSESSMENT should be done early and as often as necessary in order to properly place a valuation on the case.  We are willing to tailor a payment schedule with your company on an individual basis, depending on your volume.
