During your first visit to one of our Back and Neck Clinic of Louisiana offices, you will be asked to supply us with basic personal information, as well as information regarding your past medical history and your present complaints.

Once completed, you will receive a consultation with the physician. Once he has a better idea of your history, complete orthopedic, general and brief neurological testing procedures will be performed, and a decision made whether or not you are a candidate for chiropractic care. A recommendation will also be made as to whether or not x-rays are indicated.

No chiropractic services will be performed without your consent. You always have a choice in our offices. We are highly professional and maintain the highest level of ethics possible.
