If you have not utilized the services provided by our facilities,
you will find below, a list of those services. All of the procedures in our offices
are designed to assist your clients toward pre-injury status. Furthermore, our procedures
are also designed to alleviate some of the burden in your office, saving you time and
money.

Generally, we can provide same day services or next day if transportation is required.
We have transportation available at all of our facilities.
We have 5 convenient LOCATIONS to serve you in Baton Rouge, Houma, Donaldsonville, Gonzales, and Thibodaux, Louisiana.
With the ever-changing insurance industry, you need to associate with credible providers that understand the laws and the parameters in which you function for your client. We are always willing to work closely with our referring attorneys.
Internally, we have delegated our duties within our organization, so that any inquiries can be answered efficiently. We will also be happy to answer your questions or requests via E-MAIL US. Our e-mail messages are usually checked several times each day, 7 days a week. We know how busy you are and want to give you access to our services whenever you need them. We're here to help you, even when you are working nights and weekends.
Our clinics also provide independent medical examinations. Our examinations are thorough and comprehensive. We will provide you with reports that are clear, concise and in layman terms. We are also available for live testimony. Please refer to the list of SERVICES WE PROVIDE.
By law, chiropractors are allowed to sit on four chiropractic review panels in a one-year time period. We participate routinely in helping to police our own profession. In doing so, we have gained insight and added experience in maintaining a higher standard of care and record keeping, as well as the highest ethical standards.
We have a patient tracking system that monitors patients' clinical progress and kept appointments, enabling us to keep you apprised of your client's recovery. For instance, if your client misses 3 appointments in a row from the recommended treatment plan, we will send a letter to the patient explaining the importance of continuity of care. We will also send you a copy of the letter at that time.
All of our medical reports are individually dictated and transcribed, and are generally completed within 10 days of the release of your client.
Requests for records are promptly processed. We understand how inconvenient and unnecessary it is to have to continually contact providers to have information requests provided.
Our fees are in accordance with the usual, reasonable and customary charges set forth by the managed care companies we participate in.
We will agree with a letter of written guarantee or a signed copy of the doctor's lien provided to you upon notification of your representation, to wait until the time of settlement for payment of services rendered to our patient/your client.
If your client has health insurance and you wish for us to file the insurance, we will be happy to do so. We initially verify insurance for our patients, and will have subrogation information should you choose to utilize this. Please refer to the list of PLANS WE PARTICIPATE IN.
Our paperwork is uniform in all of our facilities and is utilized by all of our staff. We have a checks and balances system which has each patient record supervised from a clinical standpoint by more than one professional throughout the course of treatment. It need never be a concern that necessary referrals are not "caught" or performed.
Understanding that once you are in business and establish relationships with providers in various specialties, you expect referrals to go through your office. We will be happy to write the prescription for referral to the provider of your choice. However, should you not have established relationships, we have full panels of providers in all of our geographical areas that we can refer to upon your request and medical necessity.
Many times, your medical providers will make the recommendation for physical therapy for your client. All of our offices will work off of a prescription from your medical provider, saving your client unnecessary added fees.
